“Derrick White is just the 3rd player in NBA playoff history to have at least 35 points, 8 three-pointers and 3 blocks in a game The others: Vince Carter, Damian Lillard,” shared NBC Sports’ Dick Lipe via X (the social media platform formerly known as Twitter).
He stayed hot in the second half, as he added 16 more points to finish the contest with a game-high 38 points. He also made a tremendous impact on defense with three blocks to go along with four rebounds.
